Lamoine - Adam Goode of Bangor bested Bar Harbor resident Judson Cake by a slim four seconds to win the 7th Annual Flat Top 5k held in Lamoine on March 31. Goode crossed the line at 15:35 to Cake’s 15:39. Caleb Lander took third place overall with a time of 16:25.
